Now, that's the official crew/passenger ratio.But lets say we are not just talking comfortably here. Lets say we have a star destroyer and we have to evacuate a space station/planet here.
So we are not putting two people in a room, we are cramming every single person we can on here. We are loading 5 people into every escape pod, We're having people sleep in the turbolaser seats, we are lining them up nuts to buts in the hallway, just people EVERYWHERE.Then what do you think we are talking?. An item of consideration there is life-support capacity, unless you want to know how many corpses you could fit.The system on an ISD is going to have a degree of overcapacity to compensate for extra people onboard and battle damage, but there will be a point where the air will get toxic, the heat will rise, and the toilets just can't flush anymore capacity, not to forget about the anti-grav unable to deal with the load. Then there is the entire disease aspect if you are dealing with refugees.Maybe double the initial crew?. Considering how small an Executor is in comparison to the Death Star I (Death Star I's diameter is 140-160 km and Executor class SD is 19 km in length), I would say then it definitely crews in the multiple of millions of people.
Makes it kind of really embarrassing that the strike on the Death Star was successful. They must have had thousands upon thousands of Tie's and pilots on board they should have been swarming the rebel fighters. The whole strike makes those in higher command in the empire look extremely incompetent.
