Mischief Makers! Created by National Telepix is a 1960s children'stelevision series that re-introduces old silent comedy film clips fromproducer Hal Roach's Our Gang. The show has an animated opening andclosing created by Gene Deitch that closely resembles another of hischaracter creations, Tom Terrific. Voices of two children, Bobby andBunny, provide commentary on the Our Gang casts' escapades. Titles forthe clips are often omitted or replaced by new titles or catchy phrases;nicknames for the real characters in the clips are given by Bobby andBunny.
