Game uses Adobe AIR which lets Shaders run on CPU. This can cause massive framerate drops. General information. Dec 28, 2012 Is McPixel too stupid for you to enjoy? Want to complete the game without too much effort? This simple walkthrough will guide you through all the levels, pointing out exactly what you have to do in order to prevent all those bombs from going off.
McPixel is a game about preventing stuff from exploding. This guide is about how to prevent stuff from exploding in McPixel. Simple enough, isn't it? The game has very simple mechanics and if you're reading this you're quite likely to have played the game already but since I like to try and be as thorough as possible, I will start by explaining the basics.McPixel consists of four Chapters consisting of four Rounds consisting of six Levels.
In order to unlock the fourth Round you need to complete the first three 100%. This guide is NOT about 100%ing the game, you'll need to do that much yourself, and it's not like this game even needs a walkthrough anyway. In each level you've got 20 seconds to locate a bomb and prevent it from exploding. You interact with the world by clicking on things. Usually levels have one item you can pick up, and several objects (people, machines, faecal matter etc.) you can otherwise interact with. Preventing the explosion requires you to interact with the correct object, either with or without the item depending on the level.
And don't expect the solutions to make any sense, trial and error is the only way to play McPixel. Whether you enjoy it or not is up to you and your personal preferences.
Getting 100%Since the Special Rounds require you to have 100% completition on the previous Rounds in their respective Chapters, I will cover how to achieve this briefly. Although the game does explains it quite thoroughly: find all the gags. The 'gags' are what happen when you interact with wrong objects. So, in order to 100% a level, you need to interact with every object with and without the item. Find the item, figure out which objects you can interact with, and you're as good as done.
Most levels are very straightforward but there are a few that aren't.
