Anyone else been lacking in taking your vitamins? I've had really bad HG this entire pregnancy (18w) and most times cant keep the vitamin down tried the pills & gummies, so I switched to flinestone vitamins (lol) but still even on days im feeling kind of okay ive forgotten more often than not to take my vitamin,In your experience is my baby going to be okay? So far the two appointments ive had have been good and everything normal, but with my 20 week scan coming up now im more worried its gonna be negative (i have severe anxiety)My husband says 'i dont think its such a big deal as the cavemen and many before us didnt take a vitamin everyday and still had healthy babies' which makes a valid point, anyways whats everyones opinions on this topic/ anyone else who hasnt really been keeping up on the vitamin?Im a FTM first pregnancy, only 20 years old. Dont be to harsh with me if its something you view as god awful.

I'd like to add, that the vitamins are more for YOU than for baby. Baby will take what it needs from your body, the vitamins are really more to help you replenish and boost your own nutrition. If you are eatin relatively healthy anyways, then you will be getting a lot of your nutrition from that anyways. The important thing is to make sure you are getting enough folic acid In your diet and try and eat foods rich in iron. I don't think the Flintstone ones have iron?

I would double heck what they have just to see if you need an additional vitamin to make up the difference. Marvel ultimate alliance 3 characters. Try and remember to take them, but if you don't its not the end of the world. I took prenatals starting before we tried to conceive and then up until 8 weeks pregnant, after that I literally could not keep them down.I was terrified and cried during my midwife appointment about how I just couldn’t swallow them (first trimester morning sickness was rough for me, I lost about 10 lbs and I’m petite at 4’11 and was only 95 lbs to start with!)My midwife was not concerned at all and was really supportive. I was able to start taking them again a few weeks ago but probably went about 2 months without.Just had my anatomy scan yesterday and everything looked normal. My SIL had severe HG her entire 3 pregnancies and couldnt keep down food, let alone vitamins. All of her babies turned out happy and healthy!.

Hi!I didn't take the pregnancy test until I was six or seven weeks partly because of everything happening with the Health crisis in our world and also because I was just hoping so much it was positive that I was scared to see anything other than that. Once I realized I should take them it took a while to get them delivered so sadly I did not start taking until about 7 weeks. But I take a little bit of relief knowing that in the few months prior to getting pregnant and in the month I did get pregnant I went on a super Health kick and had daily fruit smoothies with all the good stuff, berries citrus cashews almonds spinach avocado granola coconut and all that stuff. So I am hoping that even though I wasn't taking those pills I had good nutrients in my body.Right now I am taking Garden of Eden organic gummies and I don't have too much issue keeping them down more than anything else. They taste good and are all natural not synthetic.

I think they are missing calcium and iron so I just need to make sure that I find sources for those.I did the 23andMe genetic testing and uploaded the raw data into another source that let me know that I I have the double mutation that inhibits my body from processing folic acid. For that reason, it is extremely important that I take the naturally occurring form of folic acid which is folate and not synrhetic folic acid which doesn't do much good for my body.Hang in there!.
